ACCESSIBILITY: Our hotel’s restaurant is accessible by wheelchair.
 
AIR CONDITIONING: The room temperature can be adjusted according to your preference. Please contact our staff if you require assistance. Air conditioning operates only when doors and windows are closed.
 
ANTI-SLIP MAT: The anti-slip mat is located in the bathroom beneath the washbasin.
 
BANK, ATM: An ATM (OTP Bank, Kossuth Lajos Street 8) is available in the village.
 
BATHROBE: Please ask our staff about bathrobe rental options.
 
BED LINEN: Upon request, we will change your bed linen daily. Please help us operate our hotel in an environmentally friendly manner by requesting a linen change only when necessary. Please inform the reception desk or our housekeeping staff of your request.
 
BICYCLE RENTAL: Our excellent touring bicycles are available free of charge.
 
BILLING: To reduce the time required for check-out, we kindly ask you to inform us of your billing preferences during check-in (the name to appear on the invoice, your preferred method of payment, etc.). You may settle your bill at any time during your stay. Our staff will gladly provide information regarding the charges posted to your room account, and can also print a pro forma invoice or an itemized list of food and beverage consumption.
 
BREAKFAST: Start your day with our generous breakfast selection. Breakfast is served daily between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM. If you require breakfast before 7:30 AM, a breakfast package can be prepared upon prior request.
 
CAR RENTAL: If you would like to rent a car, please contact our staff, who will be happy to assist you.
 
CHECK-IN: Rooms are available from 2:00 PM. Subject to availability, early check-in may also be possible, and you may leave your luggage in our luggage storage room. In accordance with Hungarian Government Decree 584/2021 (X.14.), published on 14 October 2021, a valid photo ID and proof of address card are required upon check-in.
Digitally scanned identification documents are recorded in the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA) system for a maximum of two years. Without the required documents, the hotel is legally obliged to refuse accommodation services.
 
CHECK-OUT: On the day of departure, your room is available until 10:00 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact our staff in advance.
 
CHILD-FRIENDLY SERVICES: Subject to availability, we can provide the following equipment: high chair in the restaurant, baby cot, and baby bathtub. Please contact the reception desk with your request.
 
CLAIMS: If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, please report the issue immediately to the responsible department, its manager, or the reception desk. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept complaints after check-out or departure. Thank you for your understanding.
 
COMPLAINTS AND COMMENTS: If you have any complaints or suggestions during your stay, please inform our staff so that we can assist you promptly.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Our staff will be happy to assist you with your laptop and with using the local internet connection.
 
CURRENCY EXCHANGE: Payments in cash are accepted in EUR at our reception desk; however, currency exchange services are not available. Please note that when paying in foreign currency, the current OTP Bank buying exchange rate applies, and any change will be given in Hungarian Forints (HUF). Only paper banknotes in foreign currencies are accepted.
 
DAMAGES: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the room or elsewhere on the hotel premises during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest for repair or replacement costs.
 
DINING: Our hotel welcomes guests every day of the week.
Buffet breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Earlier breakfast is available upon request for groups.)
Dinner: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Later dining can be arranged upon request for groups.)
 
DO NOT DISTURB!: If you do not wish to be disturbed during your stay, please hang the red „Do Not Disturb” door hanger on your room door.
 
DOCTOR, PHARMACY: At Mártoni Csárda, a selection of basic over-the-counter medications (such as fever and pain relievers) is available if needed. The nearest pharmacy is a 5-minute walk from the inn (Ráckevei Street 7). Please ask our reception staff for information about the on-duty pharmacy.
 
DOGS AND OTHER PETS: Mártoni Csárda is pet-friendly. If you wish to bring your pet, accommodation can be arranged for HUF 3,000 per pet per night. Please contact our staff for reservations.
 
DRESS CODE,
DRESS CODE: Please wear appropriate attire when using our services. Suitable clothing contributes significantly to the pleasant and elegant atmosphere that we strive to provide for all our guests.
 
DRINKING WATER: The tap water is safe for drinking.
 
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION: The mains voltage is 220 V. Please contact our staff if you require an adapter or voltage converter.
 
ENTRANCE: You may use the hotel’s main entrance facing the public beach freely at any time of the day.
 
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION: Let’s protect our environment together. Please use only as much water and energy as necessary for your comfort.

EXPRESS IRONING: Urgent ironing service with completion within one hour is available upon request. Please contact our staff.

FIRE SAFETY: To prevent fires, the use of privately owned electrical appliances (such as coffee makers, immersion heaters, irons, etc.) is not permitted in guest rooms. The building is equipped with fire alarm systems and fire extinguishers. Smoke detectors are installed in all rooms. In the event of a fire, guests will be alerted by a siren. Please leave your room and the building by following the evacuation route displayed in your room. Whenever leaving your room, please ensure that all electrical appliances are switched off.
 
FIRE SAFETY REGULATIONS
Bringing flammable or explosive materials (e.g. LPG gas cylinders) into the hotel is strictly prohibited.
Corridors, escape routes, and exits must be kept completely clear at all times.
Guest rooms and their furnishings may only be used for their intended purpose.
The use of electric heating appliances in guest rooms is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Smoking and the use of open flames in guest rooms are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Before leaving your room, please ensure that no potential fire hazard remains (for example, a smoldering cigarette, switched-on electrical appliance, etc.).
The floor plan of your accommodation level is displayed on your room door. The red arrow indicates the route to the nearest emergency exit. In the event of a fire, please leave your room and the building by following this route.
 
 
 
FLOWERS: Flowers and bouquets can be ordered through our staff.
 
FUEL STATION: The nearest fuel station is located 2 minutes from our hotel on Ráckevei Road.

HEATING: Environmental protection is of great importance to the management of Mártoni Csárda. The room temperature is maintained by an air conditioning system powered with the assistance of renewable energy sources. The remote control can be found in your room. Should you experience any problems with its operation, please contact our staff.
 
HOUSEKEEPING: Rooms are cleaned daily. Our housekeeping staff clean rooms between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. If you would like your room to be cleaned, please place the blue „Please Clean My Room” door hanger on your door. If you wish to rest, display the „Do Not Disturb” side of the sign. The double-sided door hanger („Please Clean My Room” / „Do Not Disturb”) can be found hanging inside your room. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if furniture, carpets, textiles, or curtains require cleaning beyond normal housekeeping due to excessive soiling. Daily bed linen changes are also available upon request.
 
ILLNESS: In the event of a medical problem, our staff can help you arrange medical assistance. Thermometers and adhesive bandages are also available at the reception desk.
 
INFORMATION MATERIALS: Our staff will be pleased to provide you with detailed information about Szigetszentmárton, the surrounding area, and various leisure activities. A wide selection of informational brochures is also available free of charge.
 
INTERNET, WIFI: Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access is available in all guest rooms, our restaurant, and all public areas when using your own internet-enabled device.
 
LAUNDRY: We provide laundry and ironing services for our guests. If garments are handed in before 9:00 AM, they can usually be collected from reception later the same day (except on weekends). Laundry bags are available upon request from our staff.
 
LOST AND FOUND: Items found in guest rooms or elsewhere in the building are kept for six months. During this period, they can be mailed to you upon request after advance payment of the postage costs. If you provided your telephone number on the registration form, we may also notify you by phone about items left behind in your room.
 
LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE: Upon request, our staff will transport your luggage within the hotel premises free of charge.
 
LUGGAGE STORAGE: Upon arrival, our hotel staff will store your luggage free of charge.
 
MAINTENANCE: If you notice any malfunction of the equipment in your room, please contact our staff. Should you encounter any damaged, defective, or improperly functioning equipment anywhere in the hotel, kindly report it to the reception desk.
 
MASSAGE: Please contact the reception desk to arrange an appointment.
 
 
MOBILE PHONE: Mobile phones may be used throughout the hotel. However, we kindly ask our guests to refrain from using mobile phones in the restaurant. For the comfort of other guests, please avoid excessively loud ringtones. If you have forgotten your charger, our staff can provide chargers for several types of devices free of charge.
 
MOTORBOAT RENTAL: Discover the Little Danube from the water. Motorboat rental costs HUF 5,000 for 30 minutes or HUF 10,000 for 60 minutes.
 
NIGHT-TIME QUIET HOURS: To ensure the comfort of all our guests, please refrain from making excessive noise after 10:00 PM.

PARKING: We offer 10 CCTV-monitored parking spaces. In addition, our guests may use the free public parking area located opposite the building.
 
PAYMENT METHODS: Hotel services may be paid in cash (HUF, EUR), by debit or credit card (VISA, Maestro, Eurocard/Mastercard), with a Széchenyi Recreation Card (SZÉP Card), or with gift vouchers issued by Mártoni Csárda. Payment by bank transfer after departure is available only for contracted partners. For corporate agreements, please contact our Sales Manager.
 
PHOTOCOPYING: Photocopying services are available for an additional fee. This service is available at the reception desk.
 
PILLOW MENU: In addition to our feather-filled pillows, hypoallergenic pillows are also available upon request. Please contact the reception desk for more information about our pillow selection.
 
POST OFFICE: The nearest post office is a 10-minute walk from the inn’s main entrance (Kossuth L. Street 45). You may also hand your postcards and letters to our staff for mailing. Incoming mail addressed to you can likewise be collected from them.
RADIO: The television in your room is capable of receiving radio broadcasts. A list of available stations can be found in the information booklet.
 
RECEPTION: Our staff are available in person every day between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM and will be pleased to assist you.
 
RESTAURANT: The restaurant, located on the ground floor of the hotel, is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests with food allergies or intolerances are kindly requested to discuss their dietary requirements with our restaurant staff in advance.
 
RESTAURANT & BAR: The hotel operates an à la carte restaurant open every day of the week. The kitchen accepts orders until 7:00 PM.
 
ROOM CHARGE: Paid services used in the restaurant do not have to be settled immediately. Charges incurred during the day can be posted to your room account. The total amount is payable in one sum at the reception desk upon departure.

SAFE, LIABILITY: Please store your valuables in the in-room safe. The hotel accepts no responsibility for valuables not kept in the room safe.
 
SHOEHORN: You will find a shoehorn in your room’s wardrobe.
 
SHOE SHINE MACHINE: The shoe shine machine is located on the ground floor near the hotel entrance. If you require shoe care products, please contact our staff.
 
SMOKING, TOBACCO PRODUCTS: Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms, corridors, and the restaurant. If the fire alarm is activated due to the Guest’s negligence (such as smoking, use of an open flame, etc.), the Guest shall bear the full cost of any official fire brigade procedures. The designated smoking area is located at the rear entrance of the restaurant. Smoking is permitted on the balconies of our rooms.
 
SZÉCHENYI RECREATION CARD (SZÉP CARD): Mártoni Csárda accepts the SZÉP Card. With the exception of the tourism tax, all of our services may be paid using OTP, MKB, or K&H SZÉP Cards. Before payment, please make sure that your card has sufficient available balance in the appropriate sub-account.

TAXI: If you require a taxi, please inform our staff.
 
TIME ZONE: Hungary is located in the Central European Time (CET) zone, which is one hour ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+1).

TIPPING: In Hungary, there is no uniform regulation requiring hotel or restaurant prices to include a service charge. If you are satisfied with the quality of the service, tips are naturally appreciated everywhere. The generally accepted amount is 10% of the total bill.
 
TRANSPORTATION: Please contact our staff for transportation information and assistance with purchasing tickets.
 
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM: For the safety of our guests, our building’s public areas (restaurant, hotel entrance, hotel corridors, terrace) as well as the parking areas are monitored by a CCTV surveillance system.
 
VISITORS: We kindly ask our guests to receive visitors in the public areas. Visitors may enter the guest accommodation only after registering at the reception desk and may not remain in guest rooms after 8:00 PM. In the event of non-compliance, the reception reserves the right to charge the applicable accommodation fee according to the current price list.
 
WAKE-UP SERVICE: Please inform our staff of your preferred wake-up time.
